These terms describe use of the FIRCY MCP integration alongside your organisation’s existing FIRCY service agreement.
Authorised use
Connect only an AI app your organisation permits you to use. You must have an active FIRCY account and may approve only the access available to that account. Do not share connection credentials or use another person’s connection to bypass access restrictions.
Service boundaries
The MCP integration provides read access to supported FIRCY information. Available capabilities depend on permissions, service availability, and organisation policy. It does not authorise changes to deployments, configuration, or organisation users.
AI-generated explanations can be incomplete or incorrect. Verify material conclusions against the underlying evidence and apply your organisation’s review process before acting.
Third-party apps
Your AI provider supplies the app and determines its own availability, plan requirements and data handling. Review that provider’s terms and settings before connecting. A working custom connection does not imply a directory listing, verification badge or endorsement by the provider.
Connection management
Connections can expire or be revoked. Signing out of the FIRCY portal does not normally disconnect a persistent app connection. You can revoke future access in AI connections. Your organisation can also disable this feature.
